In 2022, Queen Elizabeth II became the first British monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee. To commemorate this event Bramley planned a Jubilee Walk on the Flash Lane site. It is hoped the trees will flourish and grow over time and become a fitting tribute to her majesty Queen Elizabeth II, whilst being a place for residents to sit enjoy.

Anyone who wishes to register for a memorial plaque on the walk should contact Cllr Ian Handley on email: ianhandleybpc@gmail.com providing contact details so that the project may be progressed.
