The plaques to the dead of the two World Wars, show names from World War Two and World War One, reminding present generations of the sacrifices made by the families of Bramley. A metal soldier was added to the memorial to mark the end of World War One in September 2018.

The population of Bramley remained small throughout the 19th century, starting at 238 in 1801 and reaching only 431 in 1901. By 1911 however, the figure had jumped to 1335 as a result of the housing development in the Park Grove area. Since then, the population has continued to rise, reaching 3467 in 1991. And since the parish boundary changes in 2011, the 'voting' population of Bramley now numbers around 6000.
